1. Characteristics

Suitable for a variety of refrigerants, such as R22, R134a, R32, r2900, R407C and R410A. The inner pipe adoptsa special red multi-head spiral pipe, and a section of liner is added inside the inner tube, so that the heat exchangerhas high heat exchange efficiency and compression resistance. The inner tube is closely packed with the outer tube,and the cold and hot fluid flow reversely in the inner tube and the inner and outer tube gaps for heat exchange.

The heat exchange is made up of a multi-head spiral flow channel, forcing the fluid to do a similar spiralflow-forced turbulence. This makes it have higher heat transfer coefficient than ordinary shell- and-tube heatexchangers, especially for viscous fluids. Features of spiral pipe: thread depth (h) and thread pitch (p) are

adjustable, and heat exchange eficiency is 3.5 times of that of smooth pipe. There are many parameters that affectheat exchange, including outer pipe diameter, inner pipe diameter, wall thickness, number of spiral heads, pitch,spiral inclination angle (angle deviating from normal), width and height of spiral groove, and profle of cross sectionof spiral groove-a total of 8 or more variables. The change of any variable will not only affect the size of the internaland external areas, most of which will affect the heat transfer cefficient, resulting in the change of heat exchange.Due to the full arc flexible transition structure of the inner spiral pipe, dirt has no dead angle and has strongself-cleaning and anti-scaling capabilities.

The compression-resistant inner spiral pipe structure is very easy to unload, which makes the spiral pipe sectionnot easy to cause freezing damage. The weakest link is the transition of the spiral pipe to the smooth pipe or thevertical impact of refrigerant. A thicker section of lining pipe is added to the inner side of the weakest inner pipe,which is a better way to solve the compression resistance.

The wall thickness of the water quality spiral inner pipe is thicker than that of the conventional casing pipe. At thesame time, the channel area on the water side is large and should not be blocked. It is a wider range of water usage.

2. Material

The outer tube is usually made of carbon steel. The inner pipe can be made of red copper, copper-nickel alloy,titanium, stainless steel and other metals. The red copper inner pipe is applied to fresh water or cooling tower water,the copper-nickel alloy is applied to surface water, seawater and brine, titanium is applied to swimming pool water andother occasions with high corrosion resistance requirements, and the stainless steel inner pipe is applied to medicine,food and other special industries. Other metal products can also be provided as required.
